great stay with wonderful staff and comfiest beds ever

The staff was attentive. We loved the spacious room with a super comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep!

Price: $77 for 2 people with military rate, bistro staff wasn't open yet in the morning when I was up but the lady stopped opening the restaurant and waited on me (needed hot water for tea...see comments below as to why I didn't make tea in the room)

Location was hard to find, wardrobe blocked view of tv from bed, sink stopper lift lever was broken, no in room microwave, ice machine on floor worked fine but no vending machine on floor where I stayed,

Consider asking for a room away from common areas for a quieter stay. The proximity to restaurants makes dining options easy.

Loved my 1 night stay. Booked a room with breakfast. The hotel had a good position, down the boulevard.

It was very difficult to get to the hotel from the highway. Even cab drivers said how dumb the location is to get to.

The hotel was fairly clean and the pool was great. Outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. We got comfortable quiet room with a balcony to enjoy. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were available too. The location was unbeatable and good, for example, Northwoods Mall was not too far away from the venue.

And the hotel facilities were on point! The pool area was nice and the fitness center had decent equipment. The staff was super friendly throughout our stay.

I faced significant frustrations . Check-in was chaotic, with staff who seemed overwhelmed and left me waiting for assistance multiple times. The bistro options were limited and poorly managed, resulting in long wait times for breakfast.

Finding this hotel was a challenge. After driving around the mall for what was like forever, a faded sign finally guided me to the right road. Upon arrival, the reception was cute. My room felt spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I noticed ants in the bathroom, off-putting. The air conditioning worked fantastically, and the blackout curtains were great for a good night's sleep. I did enjoy a decent water pressure in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. I faced noise disruptions from a nearby sports team staying at the hotel. That made it tough to sleep on Saturday night. The bistro at the hotel didn't offer much in the way of food options, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. I couldn't order breakfast due to the wait time and ended up skipping it altogether. Lastly, a staff member appeared to be absent several times at the front desk, which left me waiting to check in and check out. I had a good stay with some hiccups in service and cleanliness.

The room was super spacious and cozy, which really helped us relax after a busy day. We loved dipping in the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub, a perfect way to unwind. The only small hiccup was the noise from the hall early in the morning, but overall, it didn't spoil our stay 😊

Room clean, spacious, and great location for events nearby. Pool too shallow for swimming. Convenient bike rental available for exploring the area.
